SLFK Wedding (2012)
All collateral for my wedding.
Sarah Leslie and I were married September 22, 2012.  I created all of the wedding materials.
The venue we picked is a small independent movie theatre in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which has a single-screen theatre and a bar/lounge in the same building. The ceremony was held in the theatre, the reception in the lounge.

A red carpet was placed at the entrance of the venue. Guests walked the red carpet and stood in front of the step & repeat, where one of the wedding photographers took their photo, giving the guests the feeling of being at a premiere.
“Local Advertisements”
The ceremony was held in the theatre. Guests were seated up to thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony. To keep them entertained, I created a series of local-style advertisements, similar to a real movie experience. All of the ads were for companies and products from film and television, but none of the ads made overt references to the films/shows they represented. Twenty-two were created, some more obvious than others.

Pre-ceremony Video
Instead of writing custom vows, we decided to take advantage of our theatre venue and film a short video to play before the ceremony, with Sarah and I discussing a few key moments from our relationship.

I acted as director of photography. Sarah and I filmed each other. About an hour of raw footage was shot. I edited it down to about seven minutes.
